It's a decent flowing Xiao Xiao styled flash. It's got it's faults, but with it being your first animation and it being a real decent start, i'm sure you could make your next attempt much better. Give your next one a nice little intro or something that can give your flash a story. Spend longer on perking up your drawing skills and you'll have a stick figure movie that'll definitley get a good score. Add a little fight music too, that will make it look much more presentable. Not a bad start!
The ending was great, had a good story and was very funny. I can't really fault the animating. I think if more effort went into perking up the graphical content of the cartoon, the writing or idea wouldn't be as good. Overall, great work.
I'd suggest that you go back and fix the button problem. It's like a driving game but the accelerate button doesn't work. I'm sure in time you can make something worth while.

I mean, you got the animating thing ok (we're not talking Adam Phillips animating but for what it is). just needs to be a bit more funnier (if that's what you're aiming for), and perhaps something the people watching can actually say 'wow, not bad, I liked that'.

Try some different things out and spend a little more time thinking of ways to create something half decent that might reward you in the long run (a nice and enjoyable animation). I can't give you a point for storytelling but I can give you 2 for trying stuff out. There are much worse first time animations.
SPEND MORE TIME ON IT. It looked so rushed and dull. The game didn't actually seem to have any entertaining features, cause, let's be honest, phone simulators you wouldn't expect to have a 'fun side'. UNLESS, you brought good old humor to the table and made the features funny, like the windows parody games. Other than that, yes, a very, very bad game that needs longer than one day testing out stuff.

For your first time animating...

Nice animating and nice jokes

I suppose this was what you was aiming for. The concept of it was ok. All in all, not a bad effort.

At least the cube moves...
